Help me find some shoes please

My mom is very picky with shoes and I have wasted a quarter of my life looking for her specific shoe.

Problem #1: She a size 4. Her feet tiny. If I find a shoe, it’s not her size. If it’s her size, it’s not her shoe

This is the CLOSEST THING I HAVE FOUND TO HER LIKING BUT IT’S A 4 1/2 AND SHE WONT FIT IT

And to let you know how picky she is... i found a pair of shoes but it had small line designs and she was like nah...
