My grandpa 😊

My grandpa has been my best friend since my mom put me in his lap when I was only a few days old. She handed me to him and he said I don’t want this but then he instantly feel in love with me.

I went to go visit my grandpa every other weekend then we moved to Arizona I hated that we had to move so far from my grandpa I called him every other day if not everyday. My Grandpa was my go to when I needed to talk to someone with out judging me. Every spring brake summer brake fall brake winter brake I would go down to spend it with him or he would come to Az to spend time with me and my siblings.

Well then I meet my husband and we moved back to Texas and we lived with my grandpa for about 2 months until we got on our feet. Well during that time grandpa had a stroke one day when I was at home with him and I had to call 911 the doctor said if I wasn’t there he would have died right there and I would have never saw him again. My grandpa has been very thankful that I was there and saved his life but I was just doing what I do best love my grandpa

Well fast forward to when I found out I was pregnant a few months later I called him and told him and he’s like okay I guess I’m gonna be a grandpa again. Well right then I asked him will you be in the room when I give birth and he told me he would think about it and he only wanted to be at my head where he could not see anything.

Well he was there like he said he would be along with my mom and husband he told after I had her and still tells me she’s beautiful and looks just like you I’m proud of you. Well fast forward a few months and he is wrapped around my daughters finger just like I have been wrapped around his finger for 22 years he comes over every week on Saturday or Sunday and spends time with just me and Rylee for a few hours then heads home I’m so lucky to have a grandpa like him I wouldn’t trade him for anything I don’t think Rylee would either
