pregnancy safe cold remedies

I'm almost 10 weeks and I'm absolutely miserable with a really bad cold 😭 I can't stop coughing and it makes it so I can't breathe, which makes it hard to sleep. and I can't get better without proper rest...anyone have some cold remedies that might help??
