Help!!

I’ve never been late on my af and glow has always been on point with predicting the day because I always get it on or one day before the start date. My boobs have been tingly and now I have this sharp pain right next to my belly button. I took a test yesterday and it looked negative. Has anyone had negative tests even when they missed their period but found out later they were pregnant?
