What does this mean ?

So I’m currently 14 weeks & 5 days . Today I randomly got this rash on my face from this morning and it’s gotten worse since then . I haven’t eaten anything out of the ordinary or anything I’m allergic too . The only thing I can think of is my kitten rubbing herself on my face all day today . I’ve also been sneezing and have had a stuffy nose . I don’t know if I’m just imaging things or if I’m all of sudden allergic to her . Will this last the whole pregnancy ? Does that mean my baby will be allergic to her as well ? Because I love my kitty and I don’t wanna have to say goodbye to her 😪💔
