I am an exclusive pumping momma due to anatomy issues on my part for 7 months now. baby girl couldn't latch without a nipple shield and I would have to pump after nursing. I noticed a sudden decrease in my milk supply Friday I went from 4 oz each breast to 1 oz. I have increased pumping and have been taken all the supplements but instead of increasing its still going down. today when pumping I noticed a significant sharp pain in my breasts. any mommas out there have something like this happen??? starting to get worried because baby girl can't have anything else but breastmilk. we have went through several different formulas and she gets severally sick....
