Looking for some ways to save a little $

Practically everything. Decor i am making myself and finding pieces at thrift stores. Food my family is helping make the night before, its all brunch finger foods. Beer and wine are being bought in bulk and set out in buckets of ice. Getting games from thrift stores and putting them on tables for people to mingle, instead of dancing. Invitations i am doing on picmonkey.com and just printing them on cardstock bought in bulk. Our venue is a state park, much cheaper to rent than a traditional venue. I am using the knot wedding planner app for free to keep organized. My dress is from a startup bridal boutique on etsy. There will be no dj, just pre-owned speakers playing a playlist i put together. Using a nice camera my aunt owns and having someone with a steady hand do our photographs (we dont care about having a million perfectly posed photos) and asking everyone that attends to use their cameras and phones to take pictures throughout the wedding, so they are a part of it and everything is candid.

Find a friend with property. A little yard work and you have a free venue.   Or. You could. Pay one month of YouTube red and not have ads in you music playlist. No cost of a dj. We are also doing a potluck style reception. So catering is half the cost.  Look on Etsy for bridesmaids dresses and Pinterest for groomsmen styles
