Fingers crossed this is our month

On CD25 my breast/nipple pain became excruciating and the nauseas feeling where I am almost throwing up started. I am 7dpo. I had night sweats last week (maybe from the blankets I slept with or the show I was watching) and had cramping off and on for three days. I hope this month is our month. When I was expecting my first child, I found out I was pregnant by riding a c-train and all of a sudden got really sick.
