Does my dog know something I don’t?

Ok so I may be getting ahead of myself, but I looked online and it said that a dog can sense when their owner is pregnant. He is constantly laying his head on my stomach (which is very abnormal for him), his behavior is more aggressive when putting him to bed at night and not allowing him to sleep with me, and my period this month was light and short. I may be totally getting ahead of myself on this one but who knows right?! Keeping pretty much everything crossed at this point that my Brutus boy is letting his mommy know there may be something in there baking.
