Could this be an early pregnancy sign

So it’s been a week and a half since I last had sex. We are ttc. Yesterday I started have diarrhea. The worst was this morning around 3am and I’m still having it. Also this morning I had bad heartburn and was throwing up. The heartburn is nothing new but I don’t have it as much as I use too. And I’ve never had all three things at once let alone diarrhea this bad. My period is suppose to start this weekend or a day or two after. I waiting to see if I miss my period before I test. I know this could be anything but I rarely have diarrhea or throw up. Is it possible that this could be an early pregnancy sign? I don’t want to get my hopes up, but any insight is appreciated
