About to start my first OPK 😬

It’s Day 10 for me and I’m about to start my first opk 🤞 I have endo and PCOS and read that the results can be a bit confusing but my cycles are super regular so I hope that my LH levels are predictable...any ttc ladies with pcos out there with any advice for me? 💛
