Early signs

Did anyone notice an increase in urination during the night very early on. So I had ovulated last week and seriously the last 3-4 nights I have gotten up to pee. And I don’t even drink that much water before bed. Also, previously I used to not wake up.

I am only be 6 DPO so I know it’s to early to test but wondering if anyone else noticed this and got a positive test.
