Starting to get a little upset/jealous that all my friends are getting engaged when I’ve been dating my SO for 4 years. Is this normal or am I acting crazy???

You’re very young!!! I dated a guy from ages 18 - 23, and my husband had a relationship from 18 - 24. A lot of my friends had relationships all throughout college, a lot of them got engaged and married too, so I’m not saying it won’t work out. Sometimes people want to establish a career and housing situation before getting engaged, and I don’t know many 21 year olds who have their lives figured out. I know it feels like you’ve been together a long time (because you have! Lol) but that’s still a big commitment to make at such a young age when you both have a lot to figure out still.

Some men just don’t like to rush.  My husband was one of them!  We been together for almost 10 years before he even pop the question!  😤

Not crazy. Have you asked if marriage is in his plan? I had an ex for whom it wasn’t. I foolishly thought he would change his mind. He didn’t and ended up breaking up with me. 
If he says he doesn’t want to get married, believe him.
If he says he does, give him six months and then revisit the conversation. If he’s still hemming and hawing, you might just have to move on, if marriage is something you really want.
