Laboring with spd
I'm just now hearing you have to be careful of positions when laboring with spd. Anyone with experience? I'm 35 weeks and had an epidural with my other 2 but did not have spd. I have it with this one and people are telling me not to get an epidural because I wont feel if I hurt my pelvis. I am not sure I can do it without. any tips or tricks?
