Any moms whose firstborns have chronic respiratory concerns?

I’m pregnant with baby number 2 and my oldest has sudden flair ups of asthma like breathing when she gets colds. She has been improving as she’s growing (and doesn’t have a reaction with every cold) but it’s got me wondering what will happen when number 2 arrives and she gets sick. We know how to respond to her when the signs appear with her inhaler or take her to doctor if she isn’t improving. Wondering what other moms are doing in similar situations when they have a second child. Also worried about compromising baby 2’s health, so I want to try to prepare if I can
