I only have one ovary which means my estrogen levels dip lower than normal on occasion.
The doctor prescribed me an estrogen cream and told me I had to “rub it in for 90 seconds 1-2 times a day.”
I’ve basically used this cream as foreplay to a solo sesh each time I use it. 🤷♀️
