Very weird short surge?

I normally have 5 days or so of positive opks when I ovulate from day 14-day 19. I had a chemical pregnancy last month and I’m on cd 10 counting the first day of bleeding as day 1. I started getting ewcm a few days ago right when the bleeding stopped so I started using opks even though it was insanely early for me. The tests have been getting darker each day and this morning at 10am (not fmu) it looked positive or almost positive. I just tested this evening thinking it would be dark positive and it’s back to wat negative. What on earth? Did I have a weird random surge and not ovulate? Is my body messed up from the chemical? Did I ovulate very early with a weird short surge?

I’ve had ewcm (but like 1/4 the amount I usually do) and ovulation twinges and cramps for a couple days now and still do. Thought? 😬
