I was in my work toilet for 15 minutes - embarrassing!

Anyone else get horrible diarrhea during their period? I’m a cashier and I have to use the toilet multiple times during my shifts when I’m on my period which is so embarrassing! I can’t poop and clean up in less than 10 minutes so everyone knows what I’m doing. Worst ever!
