How would you feel?

Question

My boyfriend shared a post on Facebook of a newborn box frame. His very pregnant sister in law knows that we have been trying to conceive since she did. I'm upset about the comments for these reasons. 1- We've been trying to conceive since July 2017 with no luck. 2- She got pregnant the 1st time trying... I've been trying to let nature take it's course but all I think about is getting pregnant and having a baby.

I understand how you feel. The pregnancy topic especially when you’ve been trying for a while is really sensitive. I find myself becoming irritated and upset by a lot of things I use to never pay mind to. 
One of my family members is expecting... nobody in my family knows we are trying except my MIL.... when I heard the news I pretended to be happy... but once I got off the phone I began crying. 
I know this is an uncomfortable position to be in because she is your SIL... but please hang in there. 
One day this will all be behind you and you’ll have your beautiful bundle of joy along side you.

I don't see the issue. He shared a baby related photo and she made the natural assumption that there was a reason for it and asked about it.
