2 months PP - Nausea, negative test

Okay so I’m 2 months PP, and I still have not had a period. However, I had what I thought could be implantation bleeding the 27th of last month (8 days ago). It was light pink mixed with EWCM. I had no bleeding before or since. It came with cramps that lasted until 2 days ago. I’ve been having nausea. I’ve taken 4 tests (last one taken 2 days ago) and they have been negative. Is that too early to test? What is going on?

And yes I am praying to have another one back to back!
