early pregnancy symptoms

Okay so right after my period ended my bf and I had sex..a lot of sex un protected sex. couple days ago I was supposed to be ovulating but instead I started spotting. it lasted about 2 days. pinkish light blood then light brown the second day. today my discharge is milky white pretty thick. could I be pregnant ? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning I can't wait that long. so I just want to get some answers from the ladies on here
