High blood sugar

Hello, this is my 2nd pregnancy. I’m currently 7w2d and on Sunday I finally got morning sickness. For the last 2 days, it was so bad that I’d wake up with a headache and nauseous and I slept all day, and vomited constantly. It felt like the flu. Today, out of curiosity, I tested my blood sugar (I have a high risk for diabetes) and my level was 168. Is this high? Is it something to be concerned about? Do I need to call my doctor or could I wait and bring it up at my appointment on the way 17th?
