ovarian cyst on ultrasound

so today while I was at the doctor I took a picture of my ultrasound while waiting. I was reading it and I noticed on left ovary they saw an ovarian cyst. my doctor did not mention this to me. my right ovary was removed 8 years ago because of cyst that became abscessed. should this be something to concern me or is it fairly normal?
