Ex bf

Yesterday my Ex boyfriend appeared in at the gym that I go to, it is so awkward to be in the same room with him (he hit me once and treated me like trash for a year, my confidence was in the ground at the end of that relationship). He tries to make eye contact and his friend sits almost in front of me looking at me while I work out. I don’t look at them at all, but I can feel them staring. I don’t know if its better to change gym or just don’t give a damn.
