What are some reasons for infertility?

I have been ttc for about 7 months. I was on the pill for 10 years prior. 
I have gotten regular Pap smears and check ups.
always have had regular periods and I bought opt tests and I ovulate regularly.
I am just curious of what some of the reasons of infertility could be? I know pcos and endometriosis are some and of course low sperm count but what could some others be that could potentially be going on?

TTC for 7 months doesn’t necessarily mean infertility since it can take a healthy couple up to a year to conceive with no fertility issues. 
Some causes of infertility can be, PCOS, Endometriosis, low egg reserve, low progesterone or estrogen, not thick enough lining, blocked Fallopian tubes, male infertility like, low sperm count and slow mobility.

There are so many reasons but you’re not considered infertile yet. 7 months feels like a life time but no need to worry at this time. Are you temping? That determines if you are really ovulating, OPKS just detect the surge not the release of the egg. If you think there is a physical problem talk to your doctor. I think part of my problem was vitamin D deficiency. My doctor did a blood test to find that out.
