Confused... and unsure what to do

Mu husband and I have been ttc for 2 years. My last period was in January. I was prescribed clomid and so had a blood draw on Valentine's to check my progesterone. It came back as "not consistent with someone who is ovulating" but I didn't have a period in February at all. I took a test on day 60 (negative) but still nothing. I am now on day 74. Should I take another home test, call the doc, or keep waiting?
