But just looking at my ultrasound and it looks like I have two sacks? 
Anyone help haha?

idk but when I had my ultrasound scan a few days ago I saw my bladder and it didn't look like that? maybe bring this to your next appointment and ask your doctor

It could just be the angle of the image.
