I use olive oil if I have to use any🤷🏼‍♀️ I just put a little in the pan and then use a paper towel

I'll add coconut oil to some food for good fats. I don't actually cook with it or heat it.

Depends on what it is but most of his veggies are steamed not sautéed. I’m really casual though, if we go out to eat I’ll give him any of the food on our plates
