opks missed or never ovulated ??

Hi all was just wondering I'm new to opks but tried them this month. I had 11 days high LH and then today it's low would it be that I ovulated and missed it as I was only testing once a day. I had one strip about 4 days ago that was darker than the rest but still not peak. Advice would be brilliant if anyone else has experienced this thank you so much xx
