preeclampsia and gestational diabetes

I'm 27 weeks and 5 days. 2 days ago I went to my doctor's appointment and they said there was protein in my urine and my blood pressure was high. They sent me to the hospital for more tests and to get monitored. I was discharged yesterday with 2 blood pressure medications to take. While in the hospital, I was given the shots to help develop my baby girl's lungs in case anything went wrong and she needed to be born. I am absolutely terrified of having her early. My son was born almost 5 years ago due to unexplained pprom. Water broke with him at 26 weeks and I ended up having him at 29 weeks. He's fine now but spent 2 months in the NICU.

My question is, what kind of foods can I actually eat to keep both of these problems in check? I'm anonymous because I'm not exactly healthy and I'm ashamed of it. I try to eat as healthy as I can since I'm pregnant but apparently I didn't do too well. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
