Non-rubber pacifier alternatives?

My LO hates all pacifiers. He screams when we try to give it to him. I’ve determined he doesn’t like the rubber. 
He takes a bottle because it provides food. 
He chews on his fingers or mittens. 
He chews on his blanket. 
Are there any non-rubber alternatives to a pacifier?

there really isn't one that I've ever heard of.  if he doesn't want a paci then don't force it.  You can't make him just because you want him to have one.

Mine always refused to take one. I tried and some nights I wished she would take it and go to sleep. But I gave up. Now I don’t have to wean her from it.

My son does care for a paci but loves a nuby teething bib. Also likes the Raz-ee-berry( or something similiar) teether

When I was a kid I never used a pacifier. I actually preferred to chew on the white cloth diapers my mom used as burp cloths. 🤷🏻‍♀️
