EXHAUSTED- First blood work and fasting glucose test

In the entirety of this pregnancy I have never been this exhausted... Diabetes runs in my family so I had an early glucose test, which is fine, but I couldn't eat thay day because I needed to fast for it. Well I didn't realize that they were also doing all my pregnancy blood work too. They took 10 vials.. I almost passed out XD and because I have tiny veins it was a hand draw (ouch). Then I proceeded to do the glucose drink and another draw and hour after that. Anyways I have never felt this exhausted ever... Has anyone else had horrible fatigue after their blood work?
