My vagina is starting to smell...

I’m 11w2d into pregnancy #2 and a few days ago I started to notice I was ‘wet’ pretty often and now I’m starting to notice a smell. Nothing like what I usually smell like.. at my 10 week appt I had a pap smear done and all the tests came back negative so I’m kinda worried... is this normal? This didn’t happen with my first pregnancy

UPDATE - the smell is still there and I feel like it’s getting stronger but more than that my vagina is now starting to hurt. I haven’t had sex in over a week and still, it hurts like it just got the pounding of it’s like. I called to make an appt with my OB but they can’t see me til the 25th of this month 😩😩
