what would you ladies do?

I'm officially 3 months pp. I gave birth Jan 5th and everything was fine till March 16th. here is a timeline: Feb 22nd I get put on the depo shot (keep in mind I was told spotting was normal) so I was expecting (if I even did spot) maybe a week of spotting. so I wasn't bothered when I saw blood on March 16. Then a week past and another week and now I'm almost done with week 3 and I'm still bleeding. (it's not filling a pad. . it's like a light period). should I start being concerned? I don't have the money to go see a doctor if it's nothing but would you go see one? Any advice is appreciated
