I feel confused .-.) ???

I had a miscarriage on Feb 8th , then my period on March 8th again on March 14th to the 18 so my cycle seem off, however my boyfriend and i have been having unprotected sex since then , lately I can't sleep at night and I keep waking up 4 times from 12 to 4am to go pee. I been eating so much lately.. I don't even know when my period is supposed to start since it been off lately, or when I may have ovulated .. should I just wait and see if it comes, I'm confused I had sex every other day I havnt took any plan b
