What to do for the best 😩😩

Hey everyone! I’m currently in a situation which I’m really finding it difficult to make the right decision. Any form of help or advice would be great!! So here’s the situation..

Since I was in school I’ve always wanted to do a job in the public services E.G police officer, prison officer etc but never got the opportunity. I’m currently in a job which i hate, it’s going nowhere and basically cant bare the thought of being there. I’ve just had a daughter she’s nearly 7 months old I’m a FTM. Whilst I was pregnant I felt so depressed in my current job and a chance for a prison officer job role came up, so I applied for it not thinking anything would come of it, well long story short they gave me a interview and offered me the job, now this is where I’m stuck, the hours in the prison are long, sometimes 13/14 hours can vary from night shifts to day shifts, and currently in my current job I’ve dropped down to part time and I have quite nice hours I do 8am till 1pm. Now do I go for the job I’ve always wanted to do and better pay but see less of my daughter or stay in my current job which makes me miserable but I get more days and time with my daughter? Someone help!!! 😥😥😥
