Hair color?

I’ve read a lot of people say to wait until after the first trimester to color your hair and to try and use ammonia free hair dye, but what are the risks of doing it in the first trimester?? I’m 10 weeks 3 days and my hair is WAY over due. I wouldn’t care so much, but I’m going to be in a wedding next weekend. What are your thoughts of doing it before hitting the second trimester?? What are good brands to use?

Try different hair color! I have been using Organic Color Systems for years - no PPD or PTD. Amazing color with great results and it is safe during pregnancy!

I bought ammonia free dye and opened the window in the bathroom and the door was open!  And I’m fine and also was only 10 weeks when I dyed them. I used Garnier Olia it’s not as aggressive as other colorations 😄

I went to hair school. You workspace needs to be well ventilated if doing it alone. 
Your hormones will change your hair so what once worked before may look diff now. 
I suggest going to a professional. 
I colored my best friends hair. When her colors looked grey and crazy I said your effing pregnant. And yup, she was. We just colored over with a diff color instead.

I got my hair colored at 6 weeks this pregnancy. I also colored it throughout both of my previous pregnancies. My hairdresser said it was fine.
