HEAVY BLEEDING CAN IT BE A MISCARRIAGE??! 😣 UPDATE 🙁!!

so last night ever since me and my SO had sex i wiped and i had very light spotting after i wiped and i was thinking that’s okay cause i guess it can happen after sex ; it’s common 🤷🏻‍♀️ . but then i started having these bad cramps and earlier today i felt sooo wet and i look and it’s blood. i’m 6 weeks going on 7 . it was bright red and heavy i got so scared . my cramps started getting terrible but i hadn’t seen any pregnancy tissue come out . i don’t know what to think ? would i be able to take a test tm and see if i’m okay ?

UPDATE; so all throughout the day my cramps were killing me and i was still bleeding heavy but it slowly stopped now it’s very much lighter . isn’t a miscarriage like consistent ? you’ll bleed like for a couple of days ? i’m making an appointment tm but i was looking more into this cause i hope it’s not a miscarriage and i read about cervical bleeding happening after sex . if i’m not bleeding by tm i’m gonna try to calm down more and just hope to see the best at my appointment.

remembering this bleeding started after sex . first it was light then got heavy with bad cramps though that’s why i’m so manly concerned . it’s sad but i guess i’m just tryna keep hope 😣 .
