Please help me

Hi ladies :) I'm 18 and my man and I are ttc with our first. I had my period March 24th-27th we had sex on all my period days and came inside of me all those days except for the 27th. We then had sex again March 28th-31st, he came inside of me everytime. April 3 was my first fertile day (5.0) came inside of me. April 6th (today)(10.0) also came inside of me. Is it possible that I could be pregnant? Can I take a test now? Thank you!
