Eye floaters

I wear glasses and for the past months I always see black eye floaters even now looking at my phone it’s black circles moving around when I see anything not dark it’s not urgent so I don’t think anything of it but now i see them all day everyday kind of has me worried I had a eye exam done for new glasses but failed to mention it and the eye doctor didn’t see anything abnormal so my question is what type of eye doctor do I go to ? Had this happened to anyone else ?
