anyone else with irregular period can't tell
if they just feel like they need to poop a lot or have period pains. I've been that irregular for the past 5-6 years that I just can't tell if it's that I'm coming on my period or just feel crappy anymore. once I'm on I have the worse pains ever but before hand it's so hard to tell!
