had a misccariage at 12 weeks on 25th or January this year, finally got post mortem results back today and found out my little angel baby was a baby girl 😣💔 so heartbreaking, and also found out why it happened and looks like I had pre eclampsia which I didn't know was possible to get that early on, but now I've just found out I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby and I'm absolutely petrified that same is gunna happen I'm just wondering if anyone's had same experience with the pre eclampsia so early on, which caused mc and had a good pregnancy the next time round ? any advice would be appreciated x
