Please help.

I’ve been on the combo pill for two months. My pamphlet says i was protected after a week but somehow I’m still concerned. On the last day of my first pack (right after I finished withdrawal bleeding) we had sex and the condom broke. He says he pulled out but idk. For the majority of my current pill pack I have been constipated.. had minor cramps.. and now I’ve noticed frequent urination (which could be from stress and overthinking) and today I woke up with a lot of watery discharge. I’m extremely concerned.. so I took a test to ease my nerves and it came back negative. Do I need to test again? I start my sugar pills Sunday. These symptoms are scaring me. Are they from the pill?
