Breast milk composition and pumping

Hi moms! FTM here and had a question about breastfeeding. My little one is only 2 weeks old and sick with bronchiolitis😔And I’m leaning more towards pumping now than before but still on the fence about it since it’s so early. My husband thinks i should so he can feed her as well so i can get more rest. I have been getting less rest since she’s been sick cuz i be worried especially at night. Also sometimes she struggles more to breathe while nursing. But with her being sick will my milk still adapt to her needs as far as composition since she won’t be at my breast as much and be taking a bottle ?
