Twins or Singleton?

My hcg at 18dpo/36dlmp was 12,793. This was drawn by my NP and I will call Monday to schedule appt with OB. For reference in Jan I had a MC and at 21dpo my level was around 14K. So testing higher, 3 days sooner. I know everyone says the only way to tell is scan, and hopefully, especially given recent MC I will get a scan sooner than later. Just curious what kind of levels people are getting with singles and twins. Thanks 😊

I went for final lab draw before US and my hcg was 100,943 we shall see 😊

My HCG at 26dpo/44dlmp was 83,333 and progesterone was 25.7 I have one more lab draw on Friday and US 4/19

Having higher or lower hcg levels does not indicate more or less babies. Having hcg levels that double every 48-72 hours regardless of the numbers themselves (aside from some very broad guidelines) is an indication your pregnancy (with however many babies) is progressing as it should.
