We're getting baby gates made for the twin 86 inch openings in our family room. My daughter is crawling so she's getting into everything.

My baby is crawling/climbing everywhere and we only put a gate around the fireplace and shelves because that’s where he mostly likes to play. Now it’s the kitchen that we have yet to do. 🤦🏻‍♀️

We have a large opening from our kitchen/dining area to our living room. Not sure how we’ll be able to baby proof it. The opening is 73 inches and then there is another opening with a railing that is 80 inches. 😩 Someone has suggested to weave crib bumpers or fabric through the railing. Anyone have any suggestions?

My daughter uses a walker so we have a gate at the top of the stairs. Other then that, nothing because she isn't walking or crawling independent yet.
