orgasms?

I have never had an orgasm during sex before. the only way I can "get off" is by doing it myself. when my now husband and I started dating I faked it and deeply regretted it. I couldn't stop because it boosted his ego and made him feel really great about himself. I felt awful, so I told him I had been faking. he was upset but I stopped faking. now he thinks I don't enjoy doing it with him because I won't fake it... I got close once when he was giving me oral, but I started to squirt and he stopped because he thought it was pee. moral of the story, don't even start faking it.
