Diagnosed with PCOS and trying to lose weight.
On the left I was weighing in at 263.4 on March 26th, 2018. I have no clue what I weigh. The right side is just a week and a half of water, eating right, and working out. I’m currently going 4 days a week, because I work the weekends. Any advice would be helpful!! I need exercise ideas to keep this going 😊
