What is this?

Just want an opinion on what I found on my boyfriend's email (which he left logged in on my phone btw) I'm not very familiar with Craigslist. Bottom email was her response to him and the top email is his response to her. I'm pretty sure I'm right as to what it is but I need some fresh eyes to make sure I'm not crazy.

*is there any way I can find the original post he inquired about? or the seller? just wondering if there's any way I can get further details before I smack him in the face with this shit.
