Any advice on getting comfortable having people look at everything while giving birth?

When your contracting and in pain of pushing a baby out of your who who... you won’t care who sees what!

I haven't given birth yet (due in August), but what made me more comfortable with the idea was watching my sister give birth. There was nothing sexual about it, lol. At first I thought it would be weird, but it was more like just staring at this ever widening hole, waiting and waiting for the baby to come out. And now, 6 months later, I don't even remember what she looked like down there. So I just remind myself that no one cares, and no one will be trying to study or remember what my lady parts look like either. They just wanna see the baby come out! And as far as the medical staff, I just remind myself how many vaginas they look at every night, every week, every month, every year! It's their job, and they are so desensitized to it. They've seen it all! Just try to think of it as a standard medical procedure, and remember that the important thing in the situation, and what everyone will be focusing on, is that precious baby! :)

There were students in the room when I had my first that I don’t even realize until I saw pictures later. I am very modest and I was worried too but it really does go out the window when you’re ready to meet that baby!

Ikr my son i had all women which made me comfortable but with my daughter she had so many health problems at the time all i was worried about was if shed be alive when she came out amd stay that way

You will not care whats going on while giving birth the drs and nurses have all seen it felt it heard it dealt with it and yes even tasted it allllll before you are not the first to give birth and you will not be the last to give birth

I personally just didn't give a crap because I wanted that baby out no matter what they have to do to make that happen. I was a pretty modest person until giving birth, then I was like "whatever" lol
